Not many were expected because it was Halloween, but the following people were in attendance: Joyce Shrieves, Sally Frailer, Pat Christiana, Dotty Yeatman, Jennifer Walker, and Cathy Brady.

Joyce offered to list the recent and current movies specifically made for a Christian audience.

It was decided that Sally and Dotty will conduct the Sunday school time Bible Study. Cathy showed them samples of a curriculum designed to teach English around the Jesus film. Joyce offered to list the recent and current movies specifically made for a Christian audience.

ESL classes will begin in January. (The "Voice" Saturday listings for November are a mistake.)

Jennifer and Pat both said they were available either Monday or Thursday night, wherever they were needed. This is a great asset since there will probably be an evening when volunteers are hard to find.

Cathy will serve as administrator and asks that people take her aside for constructive comments when needed.

Tasks that Cathy will address in the coming week:

• Write and distribute updates - emails sent, a few snail-mails to go
• Ask Woody for a Sunday school room committed to the Bible Study class.
• We can have room 6 in the kid's area IF we beat the 20 something group to it.
• Ask Sally and Dottie if/when they can start to use the room. - Sally suggests that God will find a way to let all be satisfied, so there's no need to race for the classroom. Cathy slaps her own forehead and says "yes!"
• Ask the church to purchase books, or ask Betty to ask the church.
• I asked Betty and despite health problems, she said OK.
• Make shopping list and send to Betty. -done
• Update web page, add e-mail links from those who would like them. -done
• Ask to publish note about web page access in bulletin. -done via email
